Nichole is a wealth of local knowledge in real estate and has a ‘no nonsense’, professional approach. She is generous and fair. I was particularly impressed with the drone footage taken of my property (she has her drone licence) and the listing. Nichole and her team kept in close contact with me and she personally emailed and called me with updates and news of the sale.
