Ben was very professional in everything he did and always kept us in the loop. We had actually left the region where our house was and had to deal remotely with Ben. This was very stressful for us but Ben took care of everything, putting us at ease and making it so much easier for us. I am positive the level of service offered and provided is well and truly above the competition. Nothing was too much trouble and on several occasions we required Ben to arrange quotes and repairs to the house. This was done to the highest standard and with our interests in mind. Ben's knowledge and understanding of the market was great and was forth coming with his ideas and experience in making the best sale possible for us. We met Trevor after looking at one of the many houses available in Mackay. At this time we were looking at a particular house that Trevor was the agent for and that had multiple offers. My experiences with multiple offers sales has never been positive, as most agents use this as an opportunity to pit the buyers against each other. Not this time. Trevor was genuine in his approach and desire to make the sale happen. He didn't waste any of the prospective buyers time and was honest in his approach to this method, something that I genuinely appreciated. We missed out on this house, but not by Trevor's doing. The seller got what he was asking too. We then approached Trevor about another house he had on his books, which we've since purchased. Throughout the entire process of the purchase I found Trevor to be honest and forthright in his manner, something I feel is a rare quality in the real estate industry. Trevor was extremely helpful in all aspects of the transaction, no matter the question that was posed to him. Be it trivial or necessary, even after the purchase was complete, his approach to seeing this transaction through never wavered. I thoroughly commend Trevor and have no issues recommending him if you were considering selling your property. He has an honest approach that I feel, particularly in Mackay's current market, goes a long way to making a successful transaction.

I know some people think it's hard and a bit draining to buy a new home but Luke made it easy. We met at a different open house but when we went to look through the one we eventually bought, Luke remembered our names and what we were looking for.
