I contacted Ben 6 months ago and outlined the type of property I wanted to buy & price range - including the surburb I liked, number of bedrooms, need for a yard etc. Unlike other agents that have tried to sell me other properties that didn't tick all the items on my list, Ben listened to what I wanted and didn't waste my time and only contacted me when he found the right property.
