You might be wise to book a removalist before you list with Ben because our house sold in 3 days. Ben is very organized and has all of his systems in place to make things run smoothly. There was no mistakes or excuses or unreturned phone calls. If every service that you used in life was this good than life would be so much easier. Bens knowledge of current market prices and trends was 100% accurate and when buyers where trying to drive the price down he was defending our price by giving them the facts and why. I believe Ben earned half of his commission just in negotiating us a better sale price, where most agents will just work with what is you lowest acceptable price. You will not find a harder working agent which is apparent by all the talk around town about his success rate and great service.
