Selling our home with Ben and Tanya was definitely the right choice. At all times Ben put us at ease with any concerns, kept us informed, and was honest, approachable and professional. We’d certainly choose Ben again if ever required in the future.

Ben Chick was a professional and friendly agent to deal with. He valued our opinions, had a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the market in the Mackay area and made the overall experience of selling our home stress free. Ben was easy to communicate with and wanted what was best for both parties. Our house sold in under 48 hours and that was a testament to the networking capabilities of Ben and his team

Ben is an real estate agent extraordinaire! I really enjoyed dealing with Ben. I found him to be a tirelessly hard working person of the highest moral integrity; he's friendly, professional and very reliable. He looked out for our best interest at all times and negotiated well to achieved the price we needed to sell our home in only 5 weeks in a really tough regional market. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home.

Ben was recommended to us by someone who had bought a property through him. Both Ben and Tanya were thoroughly professional throughout the entire campaign. From the outset, Ben was totally open and honest with us and we were kept very well informed throughout the campaign. During a difficult market we were very pleased with Ben's advice and the resulting successful sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team to any prospective seller and/or buyer. Sincerely John & Annette Lynam

Nic Tate was professional from the moment we contacted her. She was empathetic with our situation, and made the whole process of selling our home in a short period of time hassle-free. She gave us a realistic expectation of price and didn't pull any punches regarding the state of the market. We really appreciated that. She gave us helpful tips on presenting our home, was punctual in attending meetings and Open Houses, and kept us up to date. We loved seeing her bright smiling face, and hearing her cheerful voice. I would highly recommend Nic Tate.

Ben was very professional in everything he did and always kept us in the loop. We had actually left the region where our house was and had to deal remotely with Ben. This was very stressful for us but Ben took care of everything, putting us at ease and making it so much easier for us. I am positive the level of service offered and provided is well and truly above the competition. Nothing was too much trouble and on several occasions we required Ben to arrange quotes and repairs to the house. This was done to the highest standard and with our interests in mind. Ben's knowledge and understanding of the market was great and was forth coming with his ideas and experience in making the best sale possible for us. I would highly recommend Ben and his team to sell your house.
