This was our third time we have used Ben as our agent when we have gone to sell our home. If we want the job done we know just to call Ben in. We have come to appreciate his professionalism, honesty, knowledge of the market, communication and the confidence that, regardless of the market, he will do his best to get you the highest dollar for your property - often exceeding our expectations. I am not sure I would have that sort of trust in another agent, but very glad we have Ben on our team when it comes to selling our home! Won't be the last time we will engage his services. If we think real estate, we think Ben Chick.

I would highly recommend Nic and the Explore Property Mackay team. We will be using their services again for any real estate prospects we may have in the future. Nic was reliable, genuine, easy to talk with and bottom line, she got the job done.

We met Luke at one of the first open houses we went to as a buyer. Luke demonstrated extensive experience in marketing for sale and purchase hence we asked him to assist us in the sale of our current home. A successful outcome was achieved at auction after 1 month's sales campaign thanks to Luke's dedication and eye for detail. We recommend him for anyone seeking to enter the real estate market.

Luke is very open & honest with his sales approach which was very unexpected. He showed both myself & the seller respect for our privacy but also went out of his way to ensure everything happened in a timely manner. Luke corresponded with myself & the seller on the weekend & after hours to complete the sale. He has offered to help after the sale and to my surprise was good to his word. Overall, Luke's service exceeded my expectations. He has a solid knowledge of the housing market in Mackay and provided relevant information on the area I was purchasing in. Luke is a very pleasant person to deal with but very professional at all times. I have no hesitation to recommend Luke to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell their property and I will use him to sell my property when I am ready to move.
