Went the extra mile

Sale of our house in north ward
We are extremely grateful to Emma Nancarrow for helping us sell our much loved house. We got in touch with Emma through a friend who was highly appreciative of her. Emma helped us with all steps combining a personal touch and highly professional approach. She has indepth knowledge of the market and provides accurate guidance on prices. She organised literally everything for us - tradies, painter, yard maintenance, pool stuff, all these at highly competitive prices that we would not have managed ourselves. After we had relocated to SA, Emma was in possession of our house while it was on the market. She looked after it so so well and kept us updated about everything. Not once did we feel that her interest is only in the commission. We felt there is a family member investing her time is getting the best deal for us. Our sale went well, thanks to Emma. Hands down the best agent I had spoken too.

Emma sold our house with minimal fuss
