Rajni is an exceptional Property Manager and a great advisor you can trust upon. While we do come across top professionals and real estate agents, with Rajni the difference was her kindness and genuine care which is hard to find. Rajni helped me select property for purchase when we did not have any financial dealing at all and she just helped us out of kindness and with no expectations. Once onboarded as a property manager, she quickly started the campaign, helped find a great tenant at a good rent and then managed all the preparations of the tenancy by organising leasing, rubbish clean and other activities. Rajni managed to lease my property within one day of advertising and on top of that, she surprised me with 15% extra above the asking price! I still don’t know how she pulled that off, considering there were three other houses in the area which have been advertised for some time and with a lesser asking price! Rajni is responsive and clear when answering my queries, she’s also pleasant to deal with. I had other realtors to consider but I am glad I chose Fair Street Realty to look after my property.
