We went to Perth to buy an investment property and luckily we met Rajni who was very professional. Unfortunately we did not purchase any of the properties she had available, but we gave her rentals on the 2 properties which she handled very professional and she got us a very good rental. We were tasked into finding a rental for our daughter and family who are returning home to Perth after 12 years working in the USA. After weeks of trolling the rental sites we were getting really frustrated trying to actually talk to the agents for the listed properties and had to leave countless messages of which most were not returned. Then we saw a property that was being managed by Ranji and from the first phone call which she actually answered to the eventual decision to succesfully get the lease on the property we spoke several times and her help was tremendous. Rajni is absolutely amazing, she has been my property manager for almost a year and she is nothing but awesome, easy to communicate with,listens to any concerns, takes action ASAP if any issues, all round superb!!
