Rajni Walia is a remarkable professional who has everything you can dream of as your property manager. She is extremely proactive, constructive, caring, act above and beyond her normal duties as a property manager. As an interstate and first time investor, I've encountered issues with the property I bought and difficulties to seek assistance on various matters due to lack of local knowledge and reliable resources. With no hesitation Rajni volunteered her time and own resources (legal, trades, etc) to re-assess my situation, provide valuable advice and assisted me to go through the most difficult time. She's also pre-arranged rental applications and secured unbelievable rental offer starting the first day of my property ownership. What should I say about Rajni, she is truely a super women. My investment property was a mess when she joined. She handled the difficult tenants, court proceedings, repair work and found a new tenant in just a matter of time. She is gentle, honest and approachable 24x7. The best thing I like about her is that she understands the sentiments very well, gives suggestions, informs everything without being pushy and let the customer take their own decision. I would like to say Rajni is absolutely such a beautiful person she has a beautiful nature that cares and does everything she can to sort things out as quick as she can & she is so welcoming, I am so glad we have her as our property manager, She has looked after us so well coming from New Zealand it has been so scary moving to a new country for the first time. She has helped us establish a beautiful home as our own you will not find a better real estate manager she is not 1 of these that doesn't care she cares alot and would do anything for you so stop looking elsewhere let her find your home to cherish and love like we have Rajni is an angel in our eyes and we are so glad we got this house through her and can't wait to have a really awesome bond throughout our tenancy.
