Our team at Falls North Hobart have been very helpfull and supportive at all times and in every stage of our working with them. Whether it was finding, checking and setting up new tennants, using their expertise to target the correct rates for the present market or assisting with the smooth exit of tennants leaving the building ensuring everything is as it should be they have maintained a very high and unwavering professional standard. In particular in recent times both Prue and Isla have been able to facillitate a very smooth transition from one tennant to another with just enough time between tennants to freshen the property whilst losing a minimal amount of rent. Most importantly though we know our investment is regularly checked with an eye for detail and no stinting on the standard required by both the tennants and ourselves to maintain good standards and relative happiness for all stake holders. We are very happy with the service we recieve, communication being of a high standard and all information usefull and accurate.

I have been a tenant with falls for the past four and a half years. My experience with dealing with the property managers, the receptionists and all I had to ask for has been met with higher expectations than I thought was possible. Whenever a situation arose, the team were only to happy to assist and gave responses very quickly and were very informative. Can't thank the team at falls enough for what they do to help.
