Laura spent considerable time following up applicants despite a number who originally were interested cancelling their interest at the last moment
Fall Real Estate - North Hobart
Laura, our Property Manager have been nothing short of amazing throughout our short time as our Property Manager. Even though our time with Laura was short, she left a lasting impression on us with her genuine care and professionalism. Every exchange was effortless and reassuring, Laura always provided information quickly and explained everything in a way that made us feel confident and supported. During the inspection, Laura communicated clearly about any repairs needed and, true to her word outlined any needed repairs but also demonstrated exceptional dedication by contacting appropriate services like technicians and maintenance to attend promptly and to ensure all issues were addressed. Laura’s warm, bubbly nature and patient, kind approach truly set her apart, not just as a Property Manager, but as someone who genuinely cares about people. In all our years with Fall Real Estate, we’ve been fortunate to have some lovely property managers, but Laura stands out as our absolute favourite. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Laura and Fall Real Estate, for helping our family feel at home and especially for supporting us as we move into our new rental premises. We would wholeheartedly recommend Fall Real Estate to anyone looking for a rental, the team is friendly, supportive, and truly exceptional.

Relocating from Sydney to Tasmania with all our belongings was daunting. And, finding a rental from interstate felt nearly impossible. Fall Real Estate not only responded, they approved us before we even moved. A special thank you to Chloe Stocks, who made what could have been an overwhelming experience, feel genuinely simple. If you are moving to Tasmania from interstate, Fall Real Estate is the team you want in your corner.

I have just had the best experience in realty dealing with Laura from Falls. She went out of her way to help me get a home, and I can and will recommend her to anyone needing any type of help with realty matters. I required a lot of help and patience, as I was interstate and not overly familiar with the process. Can not rate her highly enough Allan
