Being a renter on the other side (and currently renting in another state) Fall have made this hassle free. I’ve also got a direct contact with our tenants and check in now and again to make sure they’re also happy with the agency. They’ve always actioned maintenance quickly, resolved issues and perform inspections to our standards. We’re happy with them to manage our property and always find the agents easy to contact, and fast to answer.

We approached Fall to find good tenants for a house with a stunning view and unusual layout. The agents gave us a clear and helpful assessment with advice on how to prepare the house, which we followed. All marketing and vetting was handled for us and we were presented with suitable applicants at the target rent. The search took a little longer than initially hoped but we now have tenants and are very satisfied by how the process worked.
