I had a genuinely wonderful experience with Fall Real Estate while applying for my new rental. Laura Verity was warm, friendly and professional from the first inspection, and communication throughout the application process was prompt and clear. Securing a rental can be a stressful experience, particularly in the current market, but the whole process was handled efficiently and I felt well informed at every stage. My application was processed very quickly, the paperwork and next steps were clearly explained, and everything has been straightforward and easy to manage. I really appreciated the friendly and respectful way I was treated throughout the process. I would happily recommend Fall Real Estate, in particular, Laura, to other tenants.

We connected with Fall property pre-purchase while we were still buying a property, and got introduced to Ariel Dao. She has been a phenomenal support through the purchase process right to the point of finding and onboarding tenants. She has a very thorough and current knowledge of the market and has deep experience in tenancies.
