I got multiple appraisals prior to choosing an agent. Justin was confident I could get a much higher price than the other agents. He was also willing to put in the work to get that price, offering to help stage the house if I needed and made me feel like no ask was too much. He delivered. I had an offer the same day it went on the market for slightly above what Justin told me could be achieved. He was also extremely helpful guiding me through the sale process.
