As interstate home owners it is incredibly important to work with real estate agents that are reliable and trustworthy. Elyse, Monica and the entire Fall Team are incredibly professional and personable. I would highly recommend Fall North Hobart.
Fall Real Estate - North Hobart
Having to find a home from interstate certainly came with its challenges and we most definitely came across agents who just couldn’t care that we were unable to view a property due to distance so when I came across Maya I was so incredibly grateful. Maya made the whole process so easy and I found her approach so warm and welcoming. Unfortunately as a renter you are made to feel like a second class citizen sometimes ( we didn’t wish to purchase a home so soon until we found where we wanted to live) but Maya made us feel welcome. I’m looking forward to our home here and know Maya will be available when or if we need to reach out.

It was a very experience dealing with Fall real estate. Ariel has done a very good job. She is a very professional and diligent agent. Overall happy with them.
Fall Real Estate - North Hobart
Ariel and her team were able to expertly explain the process and provide us with all the support we needed as first time landlords. We felt included and respected with the process of any safety requirements, presentation of our property and the legal contract aspects. We would highly recommend Ariel for any future endeavours just as she had been recommended to us.

Has to be pretty damn good to get 5 stars in my books. But I'm happy with the service I got. Hope to come back and review this review now that I'm on the hook, at some point down the track. Something that is important as a company is not to just always tilt the scales towards investors but to strike balance with finance, sustainability or market and fairness without gouging any one party. That provides wealth to all and longevity.

We are very pleased we decided to have Falls manage our property. All staff we communicated with, in particular Jamie Philps, have been very open to consultation and extremely helpful. They are very efficient and have constantly keep us up to date with progress. Thanks Falls for making this such a positive experience.
