I'm going to keep this brief. My family and I got a notice of non-renewal of lease from another landlord (not affiliated with Fall) and less than 24 hours later, had Covid in the house. We were stuck in iso. I began the application process for a house Fall were managing, and reached out to them to explain our circumstances. They went out of their way to make sure I could apply. They went out of their way to follow up and help me with timeframes, as I was the only one left standing (literally) in my house. They were understanding and helpful. They treated me like a person, not an application boiled down to financial numbers. For that alone they get 5 stars (full disclaimer, I have yet to undergo an inspection in the new property with them).
