We lease a property through Fall in Oakdowns, Aimee and Bec are the property managers. They have always been happy to receive our calls on any issue, ensured the landlord is alerted to maintenance issues which are promptly addressed, and have always been polite, professional and friendly in all contact we have had with them. Speaking from the perspective of a tenant they have been great to deal with, and I can't imagine that there would be a situation in which a landlord/lady would have any issue with them.

It's rare these days to find people willing to break out of their paradigms to give good old fashioned customer service. We found both Bec Clark and Aimee Smith, willing to do this and more. When looking for a rental we engaged Fall's Real Estate as the current environment made it virtually impossible to find a decent rental. We quickly gained a good rapport with both and they found us our current rental property. We have had a number of house inspections which were non intrusive and we were informed well in advance. We truly believe they have both the Landlord and tenants interest at hand. We would fully recommend Fall Real Estate to anyone looking for rental accommodation and at the same time congratulate both Bec and Aimee for taking a lot of our stresses away.
