Falls Realestate satisfied our concerns with using an agency to manage our property. Sue Bender, the property manager assigned to our home was prompt and forth coming answering all our questions in regards to the Laws, Regulations and Acts pertaining to a rental property. Given the current state of the Hobart rental market, agencies in general seem to be focused on filling tenancies fast and for as much money as they can get with little regard for the applicants, current or future tenants or even the owner to some degree, with little response or discussion had at any stage of the process. Fall Real Estate have avoided the attitude of the rest of the market and have placed a much bigger emphasis on delivering what is right for the owner and the tenants, and engaging in effective communication with both rather than hiding behind generic emails. As an agency, they care about their tenants and clients, which makes them very easy to engage with and takes much of the stress out of leasing. They are always open to discussion and are easy to approach when needed.
