We were lucky to secure a place to live through Falls RE. Hannah is such a lovely agent to deal with; friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. We cannot thank Hannah enough and looking forward to dealing with her in the future as our property manager. Best regards, Anja and Ronei

I'm going to keep this brief. My family and I got a notice of non-renewal of lease from another landlord (not affiliated with Fall) and less than 24 hours later, had Covid in the house. We were stuck in iso. I began the application process for a house Fall were managing, and reached out to them to explain our circumstances. They went out of their way to make sure I could apply. They went out of their way to follow up and help me with timeframes, as I was the only one left standing (literally) in my house. They were understanding and helpful. They treated me like a person, not an application boiled down to financial numbers. For that alone they get 5 stars (full disclaimer, I have yet to undergo an inspection in the new property with them).
