No. 1 Agency for R/E in Tasmania
My wife and I have been dealing with Fall Real Estate in Hobart, Tasmania for many years, in particular with Ms.Tanya French and Ms.Bec Clark. They have looked after our Property Rentals at all times, with excellent attention to both Tenants and to ourselves as Owners. They are a credit not only themselves, but also to Fall Real Estate for whom they work. We give them both our highest recommendation, as well as highly recommending Fall Real Estate for Real estate dealings in Hobart and Tasmania.

Great service and advice
As a landlord with rental property managed by Fall Real Estate for several years, I find Fall provides a great professional service, are easy to contact, keeps me up to date, are very knowledgeable of the market and offers great advice. Efficient, personal and organised!
This was my first experience with Fall Real Estate and it was a very positive one. Bec and Tania are both lovely. I applied for the property just prior to the inspection. On arrival to the inspection for the property, I was greeted by Tania, who new exactly who I was from my application and was able to ask follow up questions regarding my application and answer any questions I had. Bec was very prompt to reply to my emails and keep me informed on the status of my application via both email and phone contact. The whole process from viewing the property online, to applying, inspecting it and being approved for the property was very efficient and easy. I highly recommend Fall Real Estate and was very happy with my dealings with Bec and Tania.

Excellent service
My dealings with Ariel, Molly and the Team at Fall have all been very useful and helpful. They raise any repairs or damage issues quickly and provide prompt responses to my questions. They do regular inspections and provide photos . As I live in Melbourne I rely on their honest observations about my property. Last financial year I had to make two insurance claims for water damage, the Team at Fall were the contact point for the insurers, the contractors they engaged and myself. It was finally all sorted and it must have tested the patience of the Team at Fall, I was very appreciative .

Fantastic Service
Tanya and Bec have always been fantastic managing our property. They look after both the owner and the tenant to make sure everyone is happy. They ensure regular inspections of our property and provide us with a full maintenance report. Brilliant Service!
As a busy professional who travels a lot interstate and overseas I don’t really have the time to worry about my investment property. That’s why I appreciate the team at Fall Real Estate – North Hobart for taking a brilliant care of my investment. They always conduct systematic property inspections, send me comprehensive reports, review the rent to make sure I maximise my investment income and provide me with regular updates via email – which I can easily access from anywhere in the world.
