Being the first time I have rented a property, I asked around and found that "Falls" was recommended. The girls came down and interviewed me and assessed the and came up with a rental figure which was agreed upon. Their management fees are competitive, they inspect the property on time and keep me informed of the inspection results. They are great, keep up the good work.

Recommendations of trades to upkeep our home to retain the best possible prospect of our rental. We will continue to use and recommend them to any owner looking to rent out their home in Tasmania.

Fall Real Estate were the managing agents for the property when we bought it. We'd had very good service from Fall who managed our other property, so we were happy to keep them on. They have good communication channels, and get any issues that arise sorted quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.
