Fall Real Estate staff have been exemplary in managing my property. They are always willing to go the extra length to ensure that the property is well maintained and managed on my behalf. I have another property in the UK that is managed by a local UK agent and I wish Fall was in the UK - they are head, shoulder and bootstraps above their UK equivalent. I have always found everyone to be very friendly and responsive and they have made the management of my property so easy.

We originally purchased the property from Fall and dealt with the excellent Shenna Franklin who helped us through the purchase with no problems. We continue to use Fall with Tania French & Bec Clark now looking after our the rental side of things and feel we couldn't be in better hands.

Easy to deal with, very proactive in taking care of all aspects (rent review, inspections, repairs). Never had an issue in over 10 years of service they have provided.

Have been with Fall Real Estate for my rental property for a little over two months. Sue and the team have been very helpful and easy to deal with. This is my first time with a property agent and I could not be happier.

From start to finish, it became a no-fuss rental application. Nick showed great communication skills, keeping me abreast of any developments in the application process. Awesome work. Cannot recommend this agency highly enough !
