Bec and Tania have been fabulous in our journey of becoming tenants for the first time. They both went above and beyond from day one and have addressed a couple of little bumps in the road immediately and seamlessly. We couldn’t be more pleased to have them both as our Agents.

Falls staff are friendly to deal with, quick to respond to repairs to my residential rental property, and expert in resolving issues raised by tenants. They know some good repairers, plumbers, electricians, etc, who can fix building problems quickly. They do a good job and I would recommend them to other owners seeking trouble free property management. Nick Hume

I recently purchased a property in Howrah from Fall Real estate - of which I have already reviewed, but now are leasing it to a tenant through the same agency. Tania and Bec have been very helpful and prompt with anything to do with the management of the property. I would now be able to highly recommend the agency and staff not only as a purchaser but now as my leasing agent/property managers.
