As a busy professional who travels a lot interstate and overseas I don’t really have the time to worry about my investment property. That’s why I appreciate the team at Fall Real Estate – North Hobart for taking a brilliant care of my investment. They always conduct systematic property inspections, send me comprehensive reports, review the rent to make sure I maximise my investment income and provide me with regular updates via email – which I can easily access from anywhere in the world. I find the Team to be super friendly, promptly responsive to my emails and always professional. I wouldn’t do business with any other agency in Hobart!

I had used 2 other Property Managers. Both dropped the ball and lacked efficient service. Fall Real Estate have a young motivated team. They are energetic and offer a highly professional service. Over a 6 year period I have experienced Falls attention to detail and prompt attention to property issues. They are innovative - with the soon to be released - Cloud statements and property reporting Fall Real Estate are at the forefront of greater Hobart Real Estate Management. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
