Justin was fantastic to work with. Great communication, and more than once went above and beyond what I would expect for an agent. He also helped me arrange numerous contractors to get the property at it's most presentable, which assisted me greatly as I am interstate. He spent conidersble time checking that work had been done properly, and keeping me up to date with photos. I ended up with a sale contract I'm happy with. Highly recommend him and the Fall team to any prospective sellers.

Justin has been exceptional from when we first met to now we are finalising the settlement of our property. Justin has a strong passion for his career and cares about the buyer and the seller throughout the entire process. Justin has been in constant communication with us throughout the sale of our property and has been open and honest and fully transparent with where things are at, what potential buyers were thinking and suggested great ideas to ensure our property was in the best condition and presentation for the buyers. And from a commercial perspective, Justin's commission and marketing package was very reasonable, unlike the other agents we considered, who were price gauging with commission, marketing and did not appear genuine. That was a huge reason we chose Justin. Should we ever be selling again, we'd work with Justin and highly recommend him to any potential buyer looking to sell their property.

This was the only time we had sold a property in 30 years. Deb's interpersonal skills are excellent, always seeking to understand which gave us confidence in her ability. When we first met, while deciding on an agent to sell our property, Deb struck us with her warmth, keen desire to understand our needs and when necessary, respectfully challenging us on our thinking and expectations. In reality, she saw our property's virtues and guided the photographer's and videographer's focus, highlighting our strengths from entrance to water. Throughout this process, she shared her thoughts, sought our feedback and when necessary challenged us. Her selling experience in our area ensured that she knew the history of many properties, their strengths and their deficiencies when compared to our house. She was also able to speak with authority on the current market, be it gaining strength or becoming softer. Deb always made herself available face-to-face, by phone, text, or email. She always appeared calm and relaxed even when asked seemingly trivial questions or concerns. Her weekly reviews were always helpful providing feedback from all open-home visitors as well as interested parties that gained information from realestate.com. She would always speak personally to the data indicating where we were placed in the market. This level of communication was always reassuring and delivered with good humour. We cannot speak more highly of Deb's reassurance and realism when discussing the market as it was. Three and a half weeks later we had sold at a price that was aligned to our expectations.
