I can not thank Jason enough for the recent sale of my property. Jason worked with me to create realistic goals and expectations and goes above and beyond for his clients to meet these. I can not fault his service at all. Thank you again!

Jason and Nikki are the most professional real estate agents we have ever dealt with, both in Tasmania and on the mainland. Every step was explained to us and then carried out to the letter. Jason and Nikki worked hard to gain us the best price in the market at the time and we were more than happy with the final result. I would have no hesitation in using them for any future real estate sales in the future. Genuinely honest and good people.

Jason's market knowledge, communication and willingness to go above and beyond, blew us away. He answered every dumb question we had (some twice), he walked us at our own pace through the process and never once pushed. Jason made selling our house from the other end of Australia easy. I would recommend Jason to anyone!

Andrea assisted me sell an estate property. I was the executor. It was really important that I obtained good value and a clear idea about value so i could make a clear decision, because it affected other people. Andrea's appraisal was realistic and ultimately the market interest was right at the level Andrea expected. Andrea also gave me good advice about what i needed to do the prepare the property for sale.

My experience with Vlad has definitely bee a 10 out of 10. The sale of my property had a very quick turn around while exceeding the sale price I was after. Vlad kept me consistently informed and updated on the process throughout. Vlads local knowledge, contacts and long time experience to the local area turned out to be priceless. A very happy customer indeed. I would not hesitate to recommend Vlad and my experience with him to anyone. Cheers Vlad...

This is the second occasion that Chris has sold a property for us. Chris instilled confidence in us as vendors, due to her knowledge of the current real estate market and her previous sales record.
