We felt comfortable with Kim from the moment we met her. She was not over the top 'salesy' (which would have made us run), yet she had a job to do, and she did it well and all whilst keeping it on our level.. From that moment on, Kim has been flawless. Even beyond settlement, we were made to feel welcome with a 'Welcome to Tassie' pack, which made our trip so much easier, a couple of quick visits whilst we were there, and the 'have a safe trip home' messages after we had left.
