Suzanne was lovely to deal with. She was friendly and approachable! Being first home buyers looking through the contract and the whole process of things were quite daunting but Suzanne was very knowledgeable and took time to go through everything with us to ensure we could understand it. She was alway prompt when we inspected the house and always responded to calls/texts and kept us updated on what was happening. Suzanne helped not only the seller but us to getting our first home! We contacted 6 real estate agents and personally interviewed 4 about selling our house. The standout on all points was Enrico Palermo from Fall Real Estate. He was extremely helpful with quality and timely advice even before we awarded him the contract to sell our house. It was clear to us very early on that his friendly can do attitude was going to get us our sales price. Nothing was ever too much trouble; Enrico was always ready to assist especially since we did not live locally. He made our job very easy. His fees were competitive and his communication was impeccable. He was always straight on the phone to keep you informed or ask a question. I have never experienced this before from real estate agents. We are very happy with the service that Enrico has provided us in selling our house and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
