The sale of the house was complex, with a number of problems caused by one owner being in New Zealand and the other about to move to the UK. Cathy not only coped with the extra hassle this caused but also collected paperwork from the dreadfully slow postal system at a time when mortals were still sleeping! He held the first home open within the first week and was able to get feed back and advise me on a couple of things to do to improve appeal. He held another home open the following weekend and we had an offer. Andrew negotiated with the buyer to get the best price for me. The house sold.
