Mel was very welcoming, very confident, and very reassuring. It was a long time since we had purchased property, and the 'new way' of doing business was very daunting to us, but Mel explained, and stepped us through the process, that led to a successful offer. Mel worked tirelessly to liaise with the Seller to answer our many questions. Mel gave us sound advice as to time frames required for pest and building inspections. When our finance was delayed, and we needed to request a contract extension, Mel was able to portray our sincerity to the Seller, so they were confident to approve the extension. When there were initial issues with inspection access with a tenant, Mel was able to secure access for a pre-settlement inspection. Mel was also able to put us in touch with someone from her office that would be able to continue to manage the property for us as a rental property. There was a seamless transition in property management from the Seller to us. Mel is a lovely, warm, genuine person, who had both ours, and the Seller's best interests at heart.

Mel is so Professional in her job,my home was under contract two wks after it went on the market. As i was OS at the time,which i thought would be impossible to be,mel kept me up to date,with emails,messages & phone calls to insure me everything was running smoothly,& if there was a problem,Mel would assure me that everything would be sorted out.
