Highly recommend Mel and her team for selling your home. The strategy, commitment to our sale and communication on the entire process were beyond anything we expected. We sold our property quicker than we could have hoped, for an amount above our expected best price. Mel and Larni were very easy to contact, always kept us up to date and were very pleasant to deal with. Wouldn’t consider anyone else for selling again.

Her ideas on styling and presentation were excellent and really helped showcase the property at its best. We had the pleasure of working with Melany for the purchase of our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the outset, Melany demonstrated a high level of professionalism, honesty, and a fantastic can-do attitude that made the entire process seamless. One of the standout aspects of working with Melany was her ability to maintain a balanced and fair negotiation, ensuring that the interests of both parties were respected. She facilitated open and transparent communication at all times, keeping us well-informed throughout the process. Melany was so lovely and accommodating through the whole purchase - it's my first property purchase so I asked a lot of stupid questions! The process was streamlined, Melany was easily contactable, the office staff were very good as well. The gift pack I got when I picked up the keys was so lovely - thank you so much. Highly recommend Melany!
