Selling Invicta was always going to be a challenge. A unique lead light house and landmark in Ipswich with strong links to the early 1900's. Due to its land size, position and heritage links the property best fits a small percentage of the buying market. We tried some innovative ideas, some worked, some didn't however Glenn always remained positive and very professional when communicating with me the owner. I recall one day, where he had his whole team looking at Invicta to focus on finding potential buyers. Glenn never gave up and worked 110% in the final week to secure a contract. As i have never met Glenn full credit goes to Lisa Jensen. She was amazing to work with as it was our first home and really had no idea what we were doing.
