On a Saturday morning, I had travelled all across Ipswich, searching for an Agent to sell my investment home. As I work all week, Saturday morning was a logical time to have this organised, however, after no luck at 8 or 9 other businesses, the office staff at First National, Ipswich were a delight. They immediately made me feel welcome, and no question I asked was considered silly or waved away. This was my first experience selling a home, and nearing retiring age I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing, so I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. After being introduced to Lyn, I knew she was the Agent for me. Lyn was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and passionate about making the whole process as easy as possible for me. She went above and beyond to organise everything, right down to supplying keys to landscapers, carpet-layers, and photographers. From listing my property, I literally did not have to lift a finger until signing the sale contract just a couple of weeks later. Now that the property has settled, I look back on the experience with such positiveness. A time of my life where I was stressed and worried about the outcome, Lyn came through for me, and I know she'll come through for you too. I will be recommending Lyn to any and all of my friends and family.
