This Man Knows Real Estate
It is a rewarding experience working with someone who knows the right way to market Real Estate, and who communicates exactly as he says he will, right throughout from beginning of contract to the handing over of the property. If Glenn says that he will do something, he is as good as his word. To find an agent who is 100% reliable makes the process of buying ( and selling ) less of a hassle. Confident from the beginning
Glenn clearly new the market in the area and was confident from the beginning he could achieve a successful sale. He gave good advice on how to best market the property and was simple and straight forward to deal with. He was also conscious of my individual circumstances and needs and was accomodating in terms of inspections etc. Successful outcome - well done.

Very willing
The sale of my property was not straight forward in that I had a very unreliable tenant. Lyn did not see this as an issue and together we were able to manage the situation. She was more than helpful, knowledgeable and no nonsense. I would recommended Lyn and request her services again in the future.

Glenn Ball is one in a million!
I cannot recommend Glenn Ball highly enough! He has gone above and beyond in selling our property. From the moment we met with Glenn he really took the time to step us through the entire process, provided us with an in depth market report and valued our property based on his extensive knowledge of the area and it was on point.
