I would like to highly recommend Gai Flynnfor the outstanding performance in the recent sale of my property at 8/4 Mary Street, Bundamba, Qld.I decided to sell my property in May of this year, and Gai had it sold by October, which was a fantastic result. I asked Gai to deliver the “perfect storm”, and she did, with the marketing and advertising being thoroughly organized with precision timing of all the components and Gai’s dedication to the “Open for Inspection” times, being held weekly at peak time, plus canvassing for potential buyers. This required a massive effort on Gai’s part, and I appreciated the time and happy way in which she attended to all the openings, going over and above her duties in cleaning it for me in my absence. The property attracted a huge number of potential buyers with several contracts requested.
