Throughout the offer/purchasing process, Helen provided amazing service and I couldn't have asked for more. As we were unable to travel (Melbourne COVID lockdown) to inspect the property Helen provided an excellent video walkthrough of the property and answered all our questions. Helen was very communicative and approachable throughout the offer process and right through to the successful exchange of contracts.
