As a buyer Helen provided an amazing service
Throughout the offer/purchasing process, Helen provided amazing service and I couldn't have asked for more. As we were unable to travel (Melbourne COVID lockdown) to inspect the property Helen provided an excellent video walkthrough of the property and answered all our questions. Helen was very communicative and approachable throughout the offer process and right through to the successful exchange of contracts. Without a doubt, Helen made the whole process very easy for us especially being not able to be there in person. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Helen's services.

Impressed by Helen’s excellent communication style.
We chose First National Byron Bay real estate agency to sell our house on recommendation and on their strong sales history. Indeed, soon after sign up the Byron Bay agency won their company’s national award. Marketing proceeded swiftly and smoothly and we were particularly impressed by the photography and video work by Oliver. From our first meeting with real estate agent Helen Huntley-Barratt we were impressed by Helen’s excellent communication style. Helen was also a very good listener. Helen contacted us regularly, sometimes several times per day, updating us on enquiries from parties interested in our property. Helen diligently pursued potential buyers, some of whom had been off the radar for some time. It was clear to us that our interests as vendors were put first. It was also apparent that there is a team approach at First National Byron Bay. Emails came thick and fast from several team members, all on the job of selling our house. A big thank you to all at First National Byron Bay for the successful sale of our house.
