Denzil began this sale right when Covid restrictions began ie no open houses allowed. He has patiently and tirelessly showed hundreds of people around the house. I have been greatly impressed by his knowledge of the market and his professionalism around dealing with the challenging issue of much of the home lacking council approval. I have found him very easy to relate with, always upbeat, friendly, confident and optimistic. He is really good at working with people, helping them to feel met and relaxed. I would go so far as to say he is gifted in this area. I never felt that he was stressed or impatient. He was always available for a chat on weekends and evenings. At the end of the day it took a lot of hard work to get this sale!! He has been really fun to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will miss our connecting..........
