From the outset Paul's experience in preparing the house for sale was invaluable in maximising the impact of the property for minimum outlay. He is an excellent communicator and is passionate about his role in making the best sale possible. Paul was thorough in following leads and providing good detail about prospective buyers. In a difficult sale he demonstrated excellent communication and negotiating skills. Post sale he was most helpful in dealing with the paperwork and detail of the settlement. Highly recommended.

Luke Elwin was excellent with us from the get go: very quick responses to emails; he answers telephone calls (which can be rare with agents) and was calm, friendly, well-informed and honest throughout the whole purchasing process. We never got the hard sell. He made it possible to visit the property several times, nothing was a problem.
