We knew we wanted Su to help us sell our house, having dealt with her in purchasing two properties before. Su is lovely, reliable and very honest. She is very 'real' and that is not something I could say about lots of other real estate agents I have met! Su helped us by putting us in touch with a great team of people who helped us get our house ready for market, suggested a fabulous stylist and was on hand whenever we needed her. Su was able to give us a solid appraisal of our property's value and strength and weaknesses. We received a constant stream of information while the house was on the market too - but it wasn't for long, as the house sold in the first week of being on the market!
