My property was on the market for just over a week, Tara got me over and above what i had expected to get, so happy with the result. The marketing suggested by her worked a dream, the video she had done was the crowning glory to her work. My place is beautiful and was presented so well. Luke was brilliant and exceeded all expectations. He remains calm and relaxed at all times and put my mind at ease during the amazingly short sale period. Luke is very personable and does not create any tension whilst doing his thing. He kept me informed the entire way which is extremely important when selling a property and the whole experience was relaxed and smooth. I can highly recommend Luke to anyone wishing to sell a property either in the Byron town itself or the hinterland. There was absolutely no concern about whether he could sell a hinterland property which I hear quite often from friends who say you need to use a hinterland agent to sell a hinterland property. Certainly not the case with Luke.
