Allen is organised, efficient and hard working. If you need to sell your property (even if you are out of area) Allen is a great choice. Allen has sold 2 properties for us. The first property was in the hands of another agent for about 6 months and did not sell. Allen then took over and sold the property quickly in the first half of 2021 when we were in the middle of Covid. Our second property has recently been sold by Allen in a difficult market when interest rates are rising etc. We are very thankful for Allen he works hard in the background and did not trouble us with any of the difficulties. If I had another property to sell I would choose Allen again.
