Selling my elderly Aunts property
Having to sell my 97yr oldAunts property for her was a very daunting prospect. From the moment I contacted Allen his professionalism & experience put me at my ease. He broke the whole process down into easy to understand pieces, took the time to listen to my concerns & his years of local knowledge were invaluable. The property had to be sold quickly & Allen put everything in place, keeping me updated constantly, the auction was very daunting to my Aunt,Allen took the time to explain the process to her & his respect, honesty, and empathy was something I will always remember. We were updated after every open house & he was available at all times to answer my questions. The result on auction day was all that we hoped for & I have no hesitation in recommending Allen & 1st National real estate
