Great outcome
My partner and I are very happy with the outcome on the sale of our house. Alan had thought we might be asking a little too much for the market we are in, should we be wanting a quick sale. But with advertising, and getting the right clients to view the house, we only had to drop our price very marginally. The house sold in only 8 weeks. We believe we got better than current market value for our home. We settle in 12 days time, and are very excited to be starting the next faze in our lives.

Very impressed
Le Ly of First National Chester Hill was the primary agent overseeing the sale of my property at the end of 2015. From the first meeting with me, moths before the eventual sale of my property, I found her engaging, knowledgeable and above all genuine. She worked hard to get the best price for my property - an atypical house in a stuttering market. She was always open and honest, her advice invariably correct and her judgement sound. In an industry with a less than squeaky reputation at times, I was delighted with both her and her colleague, Allen Abed. I would not hesitate to recommend them both - absolutely no regrets in my choice of agents.

From start to end of the sale Allen's performance was faultless
From my first meeting with Allen I was most impressed by his professional approach. He arrived at the appointed time equipped with all the market data pertaining to my property. He detailed the sales approach that he would adopt and clearly laid out the costs of the sale. It was clear to me why his agency was capturing the sales market in my suburb. Throughout the weeks leading up to the auction, Allen kept me informed of the attendance at the open days and the feedback from those inspecting the property. On auction day, I was was pleased to see so many registered bidders and even more pleased when two of the bidders raised the price beyond our expectations.
