I highly recommend Allen, Le and the team at First National Chester Hill. At all times they were highly professional, kept us well updated and were open and honest about the feedback given on the property. The price that we were given as the achievable sale price was right on the money - they did not over estimate just to get the listing. In particular, their Auction process is most impressive. I attended several of their auctions prior to listing with them. On each occasion they engaged an independent auctioneer (who is also most impressive) leaving Allen, Le and Recep (Principal) free to work with bidders to achieve the best results - it was no different with ours. Cant fault them.
