Plenty of “smart” agents in the market but not many that display Ryan’s emotional intelligence. So that’s the ability to really quickly read a situation, establish your hot points and then pivot to deliver an experience that you need, all without you having to ask for it or even have the awareness to know what you want. Handling a property transaction always has some emotional connection and is Never just about price. “I think it's time we moved” said the boss lady. “Yes dear” says I, while actually thinking “How the hell am I going to get out of this one”. No problem, all I need to do is put it on the market at a price that not even that smartarse top dog agent Ryan McCann will be able to sell it for. Easy, what could possibly go wrong. What went wrong is that Ryan McCann bloke. Two opens into the campaign and he rocks up with an offer that’s within a whisker of the asking price and can’t be said no to. Bugger! Moral to this story, if you do not want your house selling for top dollar then do not get that Ryan McCann character to sell it for you! :) ------------------------------------------------- Seriously though, a good sale well executed by an excellent agent.
