Transaction #7 with Ryan and this one has exceeded all before it. In a market that is hard to predict and the uncertainty around where to go if I did sell, Ryan and Billy worked miracles. From the initial meeting, setting expectations (with me adding a few extra numbers to stretch them) to arranging styling, marketing and photos (despite not even using them) I didn’t even know that was part of an agent’s service. I did very little in the process, trusted Ryan (but questioned regularly) and I cannot be more grateful of the outcome. Numerous people and agents telling me they were a better fit to attract "interstate buyers" had me guessing. Then after doing my own research, I found in actual fact over 98% of homes that have sold similar to mine have been bought by buyers who are local. They built their house with so much love & memories for all the family. Dad tried so hard to maintain it on his own until he could barely take care of himself.
