Honestly Tanya was incredible. So professional, a ball of laughs throughout it all and always ready for the million questions I had about the whole process. The marketing Ryan provided was absolutely amazing, and I am certain it was the reason the house was under contract within 2 days. We were kept informed at every stage, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Selling a house can be as stressful as buying, but it can certainly be made easier if you get the right agent, and Ryan certainly was the right agent. We have used Ryan before to sell property and were very happy with the result, this time he has really outdone himself, not only does Ryan have outstanding overall market knowledge , his understanding of the different markets and markets within markets is second to none. This combined with his unique understanding of marketing really is a winning combination . We listened to Ryans advice followed the plan and after 3 days on the market Ryan had us a contract for a record price , 23 days later and it's all settled,we couldn't be happier only a person who really knows there craft can get results like this!!!

We needed a quick but reasonable sale of our 97 year old Grandma's home so she could relax into her new lifestyle in a nursing home. With Ryan's expertise and knowledge of the market he knew exactly what to do and told us what to expect and had 12 groups of potential buyers through at the first open home - at a safe distance of course! Amazingly, we had a contract very soon after, all in these crazy Covid-19 times. We hope that this review will serve as a recommendation for Ryan who has very recently sold our home. With unwavering resolve he sold our property while Brisbane was in lockdown restrictions due to the current world crisis and no-one had any previous experience of this. With his office now closed he dealt with this in a very thoughtful and motivated manner switching to private inspections and following the strict guidelines that were in place for real estate agencies. In consideration upon arriving at our house for the first visit, Ryan and his assistant salesperson had removed their shoes before letting us know they had arrived. On stepping in and with pleasant enthusiasm and genuine interest they commented on some of the beneficial features. Ryan told us that he had grown up in The Redlands which was not surprising given his expert local knowledge. Our property was a smaller size in relation to the size of some properties that he handles, but we were treated with the same professionalism and courtesies you would expect for a larger transaction. At this difficult time he kept us up to date with the market. Having received awards for his marketing ability Ryan generously ensured us that our house would represented in the best possible manner using all of the marketing tools available i.e. internet presence. print (local paper) signage, and a very unique video which was also downloaded to social media "Youtube". The "Walk Through" video allowed people to visualise the layout of our home. Ryan was always contactable as was his sales assistant who was also dedicated to a successful outcome. From our perspective selling a home takes experience, strategic planning and negotiating and all of these factors were handled attentively. We are writing this in appreciation of your tenacious manner resulting in us reaching our expectations in selling our house. We can therefore highly recommend Ryan and his team who proved to be a very "results orientated" team.

I have known Tanya for a number of years both in a personal as well as a business capacity. I always knew that Tanya fought for the best outcome for her sellers and MY GOD she did a remarkable job with this sale. This home had many many challenges from Damage to the home - COVID-19 social isolation restrictions - a tenant who was not willing to let her do her job effectively. Tanya is an asset in this industry. Thank you Tan! We will have a drink or two once this whole iso thing settles down.
