Put My Home on the Market very early this year with an Agent who promised he was the Best Agent in Queensland and would sell the house, but also gave me a note stipulating that at anytime during the term of the contract I could pull out with NO Qualms, week in and week out a few random tyre kickers finally a contract but due to particular circumstances this was cancelled after a few short days. He then kept bringing up interstate investors who were offered less than it cost to have the house built. NO DICE. Then with Covid-19 and lockdown in full swing and everything DRIED UP.
