We were not even thinking about selling our property but asked Ryan what he thought it was worth. He knows the value of properties in Raby Bay and the next thing we had people inspecting the property and we had a contract on it straight away for the price that we were wanting. Put My Home on the Market very early this year with an Agent who promised he was the Best Agent in Queensland and would sell the house, but also gave me a note stipulating that at anytime during the term of the contract I could pull out with NO Qualms, week in and week out a few random tyre kickers finally a contract but due to particular circumstances this was cancelled after a few short days. He then kept bringing up interstate investors who were offered less than it cost to have the house built. NO DICE. Then with Covid-19 and lockdown in full swing and everything DRIED UP. I then changed to Tanya from First National Real Estate and with slight easing of lockdown In Queensland open homes were back, BUT with restrictions in place, Tanya was ALWAYS very Professional and with constant updates and feedback on the house that surpassed the previous Agents efforts, Not only does Tanya get a contract in these unique and times of uncertainty it's 20K above 2 other similar homes only a few doors away on the same street. If I am ever in the situation again where I need to sell a property, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Tanya and have her on my team to sell my property, I would highly recommend Tanya to anyone wanting to sell.
