We hope that this review will serve as a recommendation for Ryan who has very recently sold our home. With unwavering resolve he sold our property while Brisbane was in lockdown restrictions due to the current world crisis and no-one had any previous experience of this. With his office now closed he dealt with this in a very thoughtful and motivated manner switching to private inspections and following the strict guidelines that were in place for real estate agencies. In consideration upon arriving at our house for the first visit, Ryan and his assistant salesperson had removed their shoes before letting us know they had arrived. On stepping in and with pleasant enthusiasm and genuine interest they commented on some of the beneficial features. Ryan told us that he had grown up in The Redlands which was not surprising given his expert local knowledge. Our property was a smaller size in relation to the size of some properties that he handles, but we were treated with the same professionalism and courtesies you would expect for a larger transaction. At this difficult time he kept us up to date with the market. Having received awards for his marketing ability Ryan generously ensured us that our house would represented in the best possible manner using all of the marketing tools available i.e. internet presence. print (local paper) signage, and a very unique video which was also downloaded to social media "Youtube". The "Walk Through" video allowed people to visualise the layout of our home. Ryan was always contactable as was his sales assistant who was also dedicated to a successful outcome.
