Ryan has done an incredible job promoting the sale of our property in the Aquatic Paradise Estate. He and his team have been up front and honest with us from the outset . I was not quite sure about our planned downsizing but Ryan and his staff assisted us to acquire a contract on a new apartment , still within the local area so we can stay in proximity to our children and grandchildren. There have been some delays along the way but Ryan has held the two contracts together and we will soon move to our new address. We can't speak highly enough about Ryan and his team. Cheers mate. His expert knowledge of Cleveland, and particularly Raby Bay, was evident and this was backed up with my experience while dealing with him during the time the property was on the market.
