We hadn’t sold a house for 20 years and needed to downsize for our retirement. Selecting the best agent was critically important to us. We spoke to multiple agents before appointing Ryan. Ryan invested in us and treated us as as clients vs. Sellers and followed through on every commitment made. At no point was pressure applied during the entire process. He took control and did not deviate from the task. We expected the sale process to take 6 or more months but were thrilled to have an unconditional contract in 2 months. Excellent communication skills & processes. We always received a formal summary of everyone who came to the open house inspections. The use of drones, 3D cameras and still photography to showcase our property was remarkable. The editing was highly professional. Impressive to say the least.
