We engaged Ryan to sell our house after thoroughly researching his sales history and being impressed by not only the volume of property that he was selling but more importantly, the amount of repeat business he also gets. To us that was incredibly important, in the world of realestate if you’ve got both buyers and sellers coming back to you then you’ve got to be doing something right. We decided we wanted to sell fast and actively listened to Ryan’s advice on where the market was and the value of our home. We were genuinely happy with his enthusiasm purely just in the opportunity to sell our place too, and both Ryan and his assistant Billy were very confident in the value they thought they could achieve. The result speaks for itself, a very high level of interest, a high volume of people looking at the house and multiple offers resulting from merely one open home. Contracts were in place 4 days after the house was listed. We were lucky enough to sell for listing price, but importantly, all offers were at that mark which tells you the price was spot-on. Particularly valued the level of communication each step of the way (which has not been the case in the past times we’ve sold). We always knew where we were up to in the process, and we particularly valued Ryan and Billy making themselves available to provide access to our house when needed as we have busy work lives. On a personal note, I never really new Ryan was that well-known (sorry mate) but the volume of people I’ve run across since we listed house that do know him is rather large, and not one person had anything other than praise for him. I guess we are those people now too ! Would not hesitate to use Ryan again, and to quote a friend we were speaking to during this process “If you want your place sold, Ryan will get it done for you”.
