As a business owner who relies daily on a team of amazing individuals who excel at what they do, when it came to sell my own home I looked for the same 5 qualities in the person I selected. Selling my home was never going to be an easy task given the emotional connection I had and the very specific long list of KPI's I issued Ryan from the start but he was never going to be defeated. His market knowledge is remarkable, loyalty and passion unquestionable, and determination as good as any one I have met. However, what I enjoyed most about the process was Ryan's honest and consistent communication about market feedback/movement, changes we needed to make along the way with how we presented the home and Ryan being open to my crazy marketing strategies, not being afraid to be unique and an industry leader in techniques not often used in real estate.
